- Browsing the site, viewing and responding in all categories is ALWAYS FREE.
- Posting ads in all community categories is FREE.
- The only paid/commercial areas are specific employment categories, commercial real estate for sale and vacation rentals.
- For employment you can post in "Misc. Jobs/Gigs" for FREE.
- Posting in a commercial category cost $10.00 but browsing and responding to ALL ads is always FREE.
- Paid/commercial ads are $10.00 and active for 90 days. Paid ads are also renewable for 90 days AT NO CHARGE.
- All free posts are active for 90 days unless deactivated by the user.
- All posts are maintained (activation, deleting, renewing, etc.) by the user.
- All ads are monitored and can be flagged for review by anyone using the board.
- Flagging a post will bring it to the site administrators attention for review.
- Northboard.net reserves the right to remove any post deemed inappropriate.


How To Post:

• Read the “Terms of Agreement” below.
• Go to the Northboard.net home page.
• Click on “Post a Classified” in the upper right-hand corner.
• Click on the category that you wish to post.
• Click on the sub-category that you wish to post.
• Fill out all required fields and click  “Submit”.
• Double check that everything is correct, clicking the “Back” button on your browser to make changes if necessary.
• You will receive an email at the address you supplied. Please read this carefully and save it in a safe place. With this email you will confirm your submission. You may also renew or delete your submission from this email.
• Follow the instructions in the email to activate, renew, or delete your submission.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
Northboard.net is a community website. We expect our users to use common sense and good judgment when posting to our site. Anything illegal, pornographic, or in poor taste that is posted will be flagged for removal. Northboard.net reserves the right to remove any post deemed inappropriate. Paid posts that we remove will be refunded solely at our discretion. Repeat offenders will be banned from using Northboard.net. We appreciate your cooperation in making this site the premier place to come and connect with your community.
